Refund and change date

I. Flight cancel and refund 1. By sending email to (reservation/ticketing/onlinebooking@laoairlines.com).
2. The cancellation charges fee depend on the fare rule.
3. Ticket can be refunded at the Head Office in Vientiane only.
4. The refund will be processed within two weeks.

II. Penalty
1.	Change reservation	:	The charge will be applied depend on the fare rule (contact to formal email).
2.	Reroute	:	Not permitted.
3.	Name change	:	Not permitted.
4.	Upgrade	:	Permitted with normal fare plus the different amount and additional charge.
5.	Ticket Endorsement	:	Valid on QV operate flight only/non endo/penalty applies.
